15 years of experience in HR management of global matrix organizations in finance, logistics and medical device sectors.

Local, regional and global HR Lead with focus on finance, IT and operations.

Experience in top level crosscutting HR Generalist roles, serving internal customers across all hierarchical levels, including Executive Management Board.

HR core competencies include International HR Management and its respective Processes and Policies, Compensation & Benefits, and the Management of Personnel Administration.

Catherine has an EMBA in “HR Management” (University of Applied sciences of Bern, Switzerland). She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in “Compensation & Benefits” and a Swiss Confederation Diploma as Personnel Expert.

Catherine’s intense travels led her through North America, Latin America and Australia.
